3 Way Healthcare Healthcare Business Sold to Yves De-Vos
3 Way Healthcare is a well-established provider of a comprehensive range of physiotherapy treatments for both private and referred clients holding relationships with the NHS and insurance-based clients for over 25 years.
The shareholders of 3 Way Healthcare, Chris and Jack Davey, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to realise their retirement plans.
During initial discussions it became clear that sourcing a trade buyer with existing links with the NHS and desire to continue the business down the same client line and facilitate growth was highly important to the shareholders.
This shaped Knightsbridge’s research strategy with a primary focus on trade buyers, which proved highly successful and resulted in 43 interested parties being identified. Knightsbridge was able to utilises these high levels of interest to generate multiple offers. The final offer came from Yves De-Vos as a bolt-on acquisition to their existing business.
