Adapt-IT provides technology solutions, known as Assistive Technology for people with disabilities. The company provides both hardware and software alongside training and other services. Adapt-IT is highly popular with 450 clients within the last 12 months. The company prides itself as a complete ‘one-stop’ service.
The shareholder, Martyn Slyper, of Adapt-IT approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to pursue other business interests.
The opportunity attracted 55 interested parties, with the final offer coming from Simon O’Gorman of TRaC Defence Limited. The acquisition will act as a bolt-on to TRaC Defence Limited’s existing services.
