Established in 2007 and generating a profit of £70,000, 70% of which is gross profit, the business proved an exciting acquisition for buyer Andy Thompson who intends to work in the business full time along with his wife. Meanwhile our outgoing client is looking to enjoy their retirement.
Since arriving on the market, the Café had 12 viewings and multiple offers. Knightsbridge acted in the interest of both buyer and seller, negotiating a deal that suited both parties. This ultimately led to the sale being completed within just a few months of Mr Thompson’s offer being accepted.
