Anthony James Property Services, established in 2002, specialises in residential and commercial sales, lettings, property management and block management services. The business is based in Southport but is fully relocatable, with a diverse client base London and an excellent scope for growth.
The owner, who is currently based overseas, instructed Knightsbridge on the sale of their business based on their desire to focus on their future plans in Australia. The opportunity received five viewings and three offers from potential buyers before the final sale went ahead.
The business was acquired by Arnold Inventories, a subsidiary of the Canonbury Group, who are actively making acquisitions and wish to use Anthony James Property Services as a bolt-on to an existing business.
