Aprium Limited is a managed service support provider, offering a variety of innovative and comprehensive IT solutions. The company was established in 2014 and has since developed a loyal client base 95%, of whom provide repeat custom. The success of Aprium Limited has enabled the company to acquire a small IT operation based in Tunbridge Wells which generated a larger client base and geographic footprint.
The shareholder of Aprium Limited, Eddie Medina, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate lifestyles changes.
The opportunity attracted impressive levels of interest which resulted in a competitive bidding process. The successful offer came from Net-Essence as a bolt on acquisition.
