Having built up the business over the course of 26 years, the Shareholders are offering Aqua Air for sale to facilitate continued growth under the impetus of a new owner.
The opportunity attracted a varied range of interest which resulted in a competitive bidding environment. The final offer came from Biobax as a bolt-on acquisition to their existing operations.
