Knightsbridge Commercial has completed the sale of Archeo & Futura Limited, a provider of administrative and accountancy services for 3x the Net Adjusted Profit.
In operation since 2007, the Company provides administrative services to international businesses looking to expand into the UK, with the main activity being to incorporate organisations who are non-residents of the UK and providing them with a registered office address for post and mails services.
Offering a unique and relocatable service, the Company was a highly attractive proposition for buyers, with 16 parties displaying an interest. The team at Knightsbridge Commercial generated buyer meetings and negotiated an offer that was accepted just 5 months after joining the market.
The incoming buyer, an accountant, purchased the business to further the Company’s growth.
