Ashbarn Construction Property Management & Construction Company Was Acquired by CDK Group
Ashbarn Construction delivers building construction and maintenance services, through an experienced and knowledgeable workforce. The company holds a strong reputation amongst its clients, resulting in repeat work including working relationships with large-scale clients that span 20 years.
The shareholders of Ashbarn Construction, John Ring and Barbara Pye, approached Knightsbridge Commercial with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge Commercial was able to generate 26 interested parties, seven meetings and three offers.
The final offer came from CDK Group. The acquisition will enable CDK Group to expand their existing company into the construction sector.
