Audon Electronics Retail & E-commerce Business Acquisition by B&S Group
Audon Electrical Limited is an e-commerce business that provides unique electrical equipment, specialising in products unavailable elsewhere in the UK.
Since Audon Electrical was formed in 2001 its exclusive product range has resulted in an excellent reputation within its sector and maintains a high-value, long standing customer base.
The owner instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge then implemented a thorough marketing strategy, with a focus on trade buyers. Nicholas Topping, Knightsbridge researcher, identified a total of 99 potential buyers including the ultimate buyer.
The successful offer came from B&S Group Limited as a synergy purchase.
The deal was overseen by Lauren Aspin-North, Knightsbridge Commercial Executive, who commented on the deal,
