Aukett Swanke Acquires TR Control Solutions IT Software & Support Company
Knightsbridge Senior Commercial Executive, Ben Hunt, has overseen the sale of TR Control Solutions to a large-scale architectural and interior design group.
TR Control Solutions, established in 2004, designs and delivers B2B software and solutions for a range of industrial and commercial clients. Their innovative technology is expertly designed to provide solutions for building services control and energy management, helping clients achieve sustainability and decarbonization goals.
Ben worked with the owner of TR Control Solutions to sought out the most suitable party to facilitate the growth of the business under a new, substantial ownership. Throughout the negotiation process, the business received a good degree of interest and two offers. The business was acquired by Aukett Swanke, an award-winning practice specialising in architecture and interior design.
With studios in London, Istanbul, Berlin, Frankfurt and the UAE and enterprising in over 20 countries, the Aukett Swanke Group has the resources necessary to fully utilise and build on the past owner’s achievements. In addition to the reoccurring revenue that this accusation will bring for the company, Aukett Swanke aims to integrate TR Control Solutions into their current smart building strategy.
Following the completion of the deal, Ben Hunt stated that “The relationship was good between the two parties”.
