Auto Clenz Acquires EPUK Cleaning Company
EPUK Ltd, a cleaning company based in Hertfordshire, has been successfully sold to trade buyers by Knightsbridge Business Sales.
Established in 2002, the business has developed substantially to acquire numerous blue chip clients and has 99% commercial contracts in place. The business specialises in a very particular sector of the cleaning trade, that includes duties such as bio recovery and cleaning, emergency service support and site clearance. This has resulted in a turnover of £270,000 and an adjusted net profit of just under £100,000.
Incoming buyers, Auto Clenz Ltd, intend to take over the current business affairs, whilst retaining the current services from the staff. Our client decided to sell the business due to other business plans.
