Bloomsbury Flowers is a retail florist supplying fresh flowers and plants, as well as providing bespoke arrangements and bouquets. The florist has a diverse client base including private and commercials clients. Bloomsbury Flowers operates from a retail outlet situated in the heart of London’s Covent Garden.
Having built the business over several years the shareholders of Bloomsbury Flowers, Mark Welford, and Stephen Wicks, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to facilitate their retirement plans.
The ultimate offer came from a private buyer as a bolt on acquisition to their existing florist business. The buyer has been experiencing significant growth following the purchase of an Italian flower farm.
