Established in Southampton in 2002, HPML manages and maintains numerous apartment blocks, multi-tenanted properties and developments across the region.
It offers a wide range of core services to aid with its overall offering of block management, including ground rent and service charge collection, cleaning schedules, regular maintenance inspections, gardening and annual account processing.
Seeking a well-earned retirement, owner Nigel Spence called on the help of Operations Manager Leanne Boulding.
Speaking about sale strategy, Leanne explained the appeal of HPML’s “scope for growth via the implementation of proactive marketing methods, including website optimisation.”
Healthy interest was generated, resulting in the firm being acquired by Blue Bombini Limited (BBL), a property holding firm with several companies within their group.
Established in Hove, East Sussex in 2017, BBL acquired HPML to strengthen its position within the South England property management market.
