Blue Mill Textiles Business Sold to Cavendish 87
Blue Mill Limited, Europe’s leading sofa cover and bedspread dyers, have been in the industry since 1998. Offering their expertise to trade buyers and the public, the company dyes single garments and offers batch dyeing for the manufacturing trade.
With a free lab testing facility to check the suitability of a clients’ covers, the company offers a variety of services from restoring a faded sofa, treating stains or completely re-dyeing loose covers for a fresh new look. As well as this, the company offers high-quality bedspreads in a range of 30 shades or custom dyed for each client with an unlimited colour palette available.
Only using safe non-toxic dyes from industry leading European suppliers, Blue Mill offer pigment garment dyeing, enzyme treatments, traditional wool scouring and water resist treatments, corrective work and a fast turnaround for samples and production.
Sara Thomasson, Knightsbridge Commercial Manager, handled the retirement sale. Having generated an offer in accordance to our client’s expectations, the business was sold to Cavendish 87 Ltd. The shareholders had previously expressed a desire to acquire a UK-based textile, garment, décor and printing company, and Blue Mill fit the bill perfectly.
