Bold Venture Holdings Acquires W.T.Distribution Services Distribution & Logistics Company | Transaction Overview
Knightsbridge has overseen the sale of W.T.Distribution Services to an expanding holding company.
Neil White formed the Kendal-based firm in 2004, which has since distributed products to major brands within the UK and internationally.
Purchased by Bold Venture Holdings, John O’Neill acquired the company to serve as a bolt-on for the existing business.
Jesse Daley, Knightsbridge Commercial Executive, played an instrumental role in bringing the two parties together. The pair built a positive relationship whilst negotiating the deal, communicating with each other regularly.
W.T.Distribution Services was set up with minimal marketing, which presented an ideal opportunity for growth, and has since gained a wealth of in-house expertise.
Happy with the deal, John is now looking to pursue other ventures. As for Bold Venture Holdings, one can assume this will not be the last deal we hear of!
