Bowlee Driving Range which trades as Bowlee Park Golf Range, is a 38-bay driving range based in Manchester. The business is well established, having been operating for over 45 years, and has built an excellent reputation. The range is a Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) training establishment, with three self-employed PGA golf professionals providing on-site teaching for adults and juniors. The teaching facilities comprise two purpose-built bays and a separate 10-bay area for group classes.
The shareholders of the business approached Knightsbridge to facilitate their retirement plans, having spent many years growing their business.
Knightsbridge was able to create a competitive bidding environment which saw RGC Development producing the final offer. RGC Development intends to run the business as it currently operates.
