Cave Construction Property Management & Construction Company Was Acquired by James Butler-Aggrey
Established in 2001, Cave Construction offers a wide range of building maintenance such as design and build including brickwork, joinery, electrical installation, plumbing and glazing. The company has built a very strong reputation within the local construction market, with strong relationships with commercial and business clients.
The shareholders of Cave Construction approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to facilitate their retirement plans. During initial discussions it became clear that the shareholders were keen to secure a buyer who had knowledge of the construction industry.
The opportunity attracted 45 interested parties, with the majority of interest coming from construction and private equity buyers. The successful offer came from James Butler-Aggrey who intends to utilise the brand’s existing reputation to enable further growth.
