Chemimed Healthcare Acquires CreedMed Healthcare Company | Case Study
We oversaw the sale of Creed Medical Ltd (CreedMed)… CreedMed, a supplier of medical consumables with NHS and healthcare contracts, was established in 2018 in Mansfield. It operates in the hospital and the homecare healthcare markets. It is uniquely positioned to provide a competitive service solution for medical device manufacturers and cost-effectively supply healthcare providers with products that will effectively improve patient care. CreedMed’s owner made the decision to sell to see his company grow past his capabilities, seeking the help of Knightsbridge and Senior Commercial Executive Ben Hunt to make this wish – a reality. Healthy interest was created and two offers were received. Happy with the better offer of the two, CreedMed was sold to Chemimed Healthcare, with the deal being completed within five months of the company going live on the market. CreedMed was acquired to realise its potential growth alongside Heyoo Vitamins, the trading name of Chemimed. Established in 2017, it resides in central London – a stone’s throw away from Regent’s Park. Heyoo is a creator and supplier of a range of vitamins that improve sleep, and boost health & wellbeing. It is family-run, spearheaded by Kashyap Karia. Knightsbridge wishes both parties the very best for the future!
