The company is well established and has developed an excellent reputation over the years. Cheshiregate Property Services is highly popular, receiving an average of three job enquiries per week for over a decade.
John Hodkinson and Valerie Hodkinson, the shareholders of Cheshiregate Property Services, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge was able to identify 39 interested parties and two competing offers. The successful offer came from a private buyer.
