The shareholder instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to promote further growth, receiving seven viewings and two offers from potential buyers before going ahead with the final sale.
The business was acquired by a private buyer for a price agreed on by our client. Post completion, the previous shareholder will remain with Complete Cleaning Services London to facilitate a smooth handover period.
