David Barber (O.H.) is a commercial provider of an extensive range of occupational health solutions for employers seeking an effective way of maintaining compliance with regulations, while improving employee wellbeing and attendance rates.
The Derbyshire-based business was founded by its namesake in 2015. Upon deciding to retire, David reached out to Knightsbridge for support. The team highlighted the company’s consistently strong and increasing gross profit, turnover, and adjusted EBITDA.
Within the year, we successfully helped to sell David Barber (O.H.), having been led by Operations Manager Leanne Boulding and represented by Regional Commercial Director Neil Smith. “Another transaction successfully closed”, commented Leanne.
The acquirer: Hashim Haq from The Parks Medical Centre. The Leicestershire-based centre was formed by a merger of two medical practices in 2012. “It was a privilege to guide our client through every stage of the sale process”, Leanne concluded.
