Ladies Only Ltd, a micro gym only for women, has been successfully sold to a new buyer.
The fitness centre is well known within the region and has won numerous awards including Best Service provider three years in a row from 2010 and was also voted among the top health clubs in the North West. The gym currently has 270 members paying either direct debit, standing order or an annual lump sum. The business also rents out treatment rooms for hair and beauty generating £800 per month, which helps contribute to a turnover above £74,000 per annum.
The business was put up for sale as the owner wished to relocate. Eventual buyer, Donna Elcock, previously worked under our client. This made the transaction far easier knowing that the business would be in safe hands. As part of the transaction incoming owner will continue to work within the business and will retain the current staff.
