The company, established in 1990, is a specialist in the supply and maintenance of fire extinguishers. Over 25 years, the business has established an excellent reputation and would prove to be an attractive proposition for any potential acquirers due to its significant scope for future development. A deal was agreed and subsequently completed in less than 6 months of the business coming to market. The acquirer, Firesolve Ltd, will merge Firestem Yorkshire into their existing operations.
