The shareholder of Force 10 Property Management, Ovidiu Vasile Staicu, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business to allow them to pursue other interests whilst enjoying more time for travelling.
The opportunity attracted multiple offers with the successful offer coming from Big Red House Ltd. The acquisition acts as a bolt on to Big Red House Ltd’s existing lettings business.
