Highland Reserve Villas has been operating for over 19 years and specialises in organising tailor-made golf and package holidays in Florida. The company is well-known for providing excellent service which has ensured high levels of repeat customers. Highland Reserve Villas benefits from a large database of clients. Over the years, the company has established long-term relationships with managers on the complex offering three to six bedroom properties complete with pools, games rooms and spas, ensuring a diverse range of experiences on offer to meet all client needs.
Due to other business commitments the shareholder of Highland Reserve Villas, Barry Pike, instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business.
The opportunity attracted a wide range of interest, with the ultimate offer coming from a private buyer, who intends to build the business further.
