Hillside ADR Limited specialises in the provision of subcontracted precision engineering services, utilising a range of modern CNC machining centres and lathes to provide one-off components and small-batch production services.
Having developed a successful and respected business over the course of 40 years, the shareholders of Hillside instructed Knightsbridge with the sale as part of their retirement plans.
The opportunity proved highly popular attracting 77 interested parties. This enables Knightsbridge to produce a competitive bidding environment, generating five offers. The ultimate offer came from The Shilling Group as part of their growth via acquisition strategy.
