Absolute Home Care Kent is a well-respected specialist provider of domiciliary care services within the Maidstone and Malling area.
The company was created in 2013 by Julia O’Boy and Fiona Baker, who offered it for sale to facilitate their retirement plans.
Sara Thomasson, Knightsbridge Associate Director, took charge of the sale and drew enquiries from no less than 47 active buyers.
With the assistance of Regional Commercial Director Chris Darroux, 16 viewings were held, which led to 9 offers being submitted.
Sourced from a direct crossmatch, Avante Care and Support became the successful buyer, a fellow Kent-based care provider that operates across London.
