Operating since 2010 the business quickly established itself within its sector and built up strong and long-lasting relationships with clients. Experiencing continued growth since inception the business created an ideal platform for further expansion for a potential buyer. Assits Limited is an independent managed service provider (MSP), offering comprehensive IT infrastructure management and complementary services.
Kieren Williamson, the shareholder of Assits Ld, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to enable them to part retire and spend more time with their family.
Assits Ltd proved highly popular with Knightsbridge identified 75 interested parties which produced 17 meetings and four offers. The final offer came from Shane Maher at Intelliworx as part of their growth via acquisition.
