Craft House Coffee is an independent high quality coffee supplier that offers a comprehensive range of products, through a dedicated e-commerce platform. The company has experienced excellent growth and benefits from a large customer base of over 200 customers.
Craft House Coffee’s shareholder instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of part of their business to allow them to focus on the provision of coffee roasters.
The opportunity attracted two offers, with the successful offer coming from Dan McGrath. The buyer has over ten years’ experience within the food and beverage industry and marketing. Dan McGrath was seeking an investment opportunity and Craft House Coffee presented as the perfect prospect.
Post completion the current shareholder will remain with the business for 12 months to provide a handover period.
