Edox Ltd, attracted a vast amount of interest partly attributed to its reputation as the leading production printing and reprographics service provider in London W2. The successful offer was made by Tim Rampling who already operates within the sector and is swiftly expanding his market share within the sector. Our client and Mr Rampling intend to work together to further grow the company.
The acquisition was overseen by Taylor Smith, a Commercial Executive at Knightsbridge.
