With 35 active clients with contracts, the company are responsible for maintaining standards of repair, cleanliness, and decoration of the properties.
Looking to take a step back and retire early, the owner instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business. Upon communicating with a number of potential buyers who had expressed previous interest in the sector, two good offers were received. The successful offer was produced by Vixus Property Group as a bolt-on acquisition.
