The well-established company based in Horsham, West Sussex currently publishes three local business and community magazines, Horsham Pages South, Horsham Pages North and Southwater Life, together with a leaflet distribution service.
The very trusted business distributes to 30,000 homes, leaving the business with a high level of repeat business. Also, having a strong following with both readers and advertisers alike.
The client of Horsham Publication wanted to focus their interest on other business interests, leading them to instruct Knightsbridge with the sale of the business.
The business caught the interest of Mr Richard Milbourn a private buyer, who saw the opportunity as attractive, as he currently runs a similar business and is looking to expand in the UK.
