Oaks Health, established in 2004 by Keith Walters, is an Essex-based provider of regulated accommodation, assisting young adults with learning disabilities, specialising in personal care for Autistic residents.
Looking to retire, Keith reached out to Knightsbridge to facilitate his exit, tasking Operations Manager Leanne Boulding to lead the sale. Assisted particularly by Joe Bull, National Sales Director, Leanne explained:
“We targeted buyers already in the sector with the opportunity. Oak’s steady financial performance through the years proved to be a popular driver, as we generated the interest of 56 parties and conducted 7 viewings.”
In a significant deal, the business was sold to fellow Essex-based Delamer Care, whose care home has operated since 1910. “Owner Roma Teelockchand wants to grow Oaks Health”, commented Leanne, continuing:
