How Roman Camp Service Station Retail & E-commerce Was Sold to Martin Wilkinson
Roman camp service station, Aylmerton, Norwich, has been successfully sold by Knightsbridge Business Sales for £484,250 plus stock at value.
The business has a prominent location with scope to further increase its already impressive £1.7 million turnover. The unopposed business sells around 2.1 million litres of fuel each year from its 10 nozzle delivery system.
The service station currently uses 44,000 litres of storage split over 3 tanks for diesel, unleaded and super unleaded, with a further 3 tanks not in use to take the potential capacity over 60,000 litres of fuel. Furthermore, there is a wet stock management system installed as well as jet hand wash and air or water vending machines. The service store is fitted and equipped for the sale of convenience goods, food to go and hot and cold beverages.
Incoming buyer Mr Martin Wilkinson, of Bespoke Retail, is intending to run the business under management, retaining current staff, whilst our outgoing client, Mr Bill Marshall is planning to enjoy his retirement.
