Huttons Hair Design Limited a well-established hairdressing salon based in West Parley, has been acquired by a private buyer, in a deal facilitated by Knightsbridge.
Huttons offer a range of hairdressing services which go above and beyond standard salons, including a hair loss centre, offering a wide range of treatments, wigs and hairpieces. As well as this, the business has an in-house training programme.
Established in 1995, the company has become well-known in the area, building up a large client base. The location of Huttons also contributes to its ongoing success, given the high levels of passing trade and the close proximity to Bournemouth.
The salon is modern, well-designed and has been maintained well by the owners. The premises are open plan, as well as having private consultation rooms which was enabled via the recent expansion into the building next door, which doubled the salon in size.
The owners of the Huttons instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business due to personal circumstances. The opportunity was marketed by Knightsbridge and given the ongoing success of the salon, attracted a wide-range of interest.
In total, 5 interested parties came forward and viewed the property, with 4 making offers, providing our clients with options and choices.
Ultiamtely, a private buyer purchased Huttons, with plans to continue managing the business successfully.
