Caring 4 All is a well-respected provider of high-quality domiciliary care that specialises in providing 365 days palliative care for service users in their own homes. Based in East Sussex, it was founded by Janet Moon in 2011.
To facilitate our client’s retirement, Associate Director Sara Thomasson drew the interest of 169 potential buyers – with meetings conducted with 32. Four competing offers were then tabled for Janet to choose from.
Caring 4 All was ultimately acquired by London-based iQ4 Medical, formed by Kamaljit Khunkhune in 2017 who “wants to grow and continue the business”, Sara explained, further commenting:
