Kevin Arnold Acquires DT Bait Developments Leisure & Travel Company
Established in 1988 DT Bait Developments is one of the longest established brands in Carp fishing bait. The company is the only bait company to produce all its own products direct from raw materials, and frequently asked to produce for other brands. DT Bait Developments has a reputation as a premium brand in a lucrative sport. The company also offers high levels of growth and already benefits from an international client base.
The shareholder instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge was able to secure a buyer within 9 months of the coming to market, despite with current pandemic. The final offer came from Kevin Arnold, who intends to take over the vendor’s role and continue in the business.
