Talking Tots Limited, is based in Lancashire, and provides a range of fun and interactive classes which support the development of children’s communication and social skills. The company operates as a franchise model with 17 franchisees across the UK. Talking Tots has an excellent reputation with an enviable turnover and EBITDA.
The shareholders of Talking Tots instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business, in order to facilitate their retirement plans. The opportunity attracted 18 interested parties, four viewings and two competing offers. The successful offer came from Knight Franchises, a global executive search firm specialising in franchise opportunities. Talking Tots will relocate to share premises with Knight Franchises.
