Ko-Sheen Contract Cleaning Cleaning Business Sold to Andrew Levison
Established in 2002, Ko-Sheen Contract Cleaning is a well-established provider of commercial cleaning services. The business primarily caters to clients in the education sector. Ko-Sheen Contract Cleaning benefits from a loyal customer base that provide regular repeat business.
The business is run by two brothers Ducan Timmis and Karl Timmis who, with Sue Timmis and Karen Timmis, are the shareholders of the business. The shareholders instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to pursue unrelated ventures.
The opportunity proved highly popular with the successful offer coming from Andrew Levison, an entrepreneur who owns several businesses including Everbrite Cleaning Services Limited, BSD Associates Limited, The Schools Cleaning Services Company Limited. The acquisition will act as a synergist purchase to these pre-existing businesses.

Post-sale the owners will remain with Ko-Sheen Contract Cleaning for a year in order to smooth the transition period.
