Little Bees Party & Play Leisure & Travel Company Was Acquired by Kidz Play
Little Bees Party & Play is a children’s indoor soft play centre based in West Yorkshire.
The well-known play centre includes different activities that cater to children from 6 months – 10 years of age, making it the ideal location for a family day-out. The business also has a café area which is fully equipped, serving hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks. As well as this, there are two party rooms available for functions, such as birthdays, which have proven to be very popular.
The fun and ambitious business has built up an excellent reputation within the area and receives regular and repeat custom with many referrals and recommendations. This is also due to being situated in a densely populated area with minimal competition.
Due to other business interests, our clients decided to sell the business and instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of the business. After several offers and some negotiation, the business was sold to Kidz Play.
Kidz Play is a similar business and acquired Little Bees Party & Play as a bolt-on opportunity. Kidz Play has the intention to extend their own business, with the acquisition allowing them to expand and grow further.
