Manchester Petcare Pet Care Business Sold to Alison Martin
Established in 2006 Manchester Petcare Limited, provides a range of personal and trustworthy pet care services including transportation, cat care, small pet care, pet ambulance and pet cremation. The company is based in Greater Manchester however is a fully relocatable business.
The current shareholder instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans. Knightsbridge implemented a diverse research strategy which resulted in 10 interested parties being identified and three meetings.
The successful offer came from Alison Martin, a private buyer.
