Heavebury Limited, trading as Medoris Care, is a leading provider product for positioning and pressure care, dementia, incontinence, end-of-life care, learning difficulties and special needs. Products range from finger separators and roll pillows to leg and arm ramps. The company benefits from an excellent client base including NHS. Medoris Care is being offered as a fully relocatable opportunity.
The shareholders instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
The successful offer came from Peter and Harley Bird, as a bolt on acquisition to Newton Care Limited.
