Azure Liquid Solutions is a supplier of liquid based products for a range of domestic and commercial purposes. The company works with customers from sectors such as automotive, cleaning, maintenance and construction.
The shareholders of Azure Liquid Solutions instructed Knightsbridge Commercial in order to realise the value they had developed over the years.
Knightsbridge Commercial was able to identify 68 interested parties. The successful offer came from Melvin Willis as a bolt on acquisition to their existing business.
