Outlaw Cycling Acquires Feel Hot Yoga Leisure & Travel Company
Feel Hot Yoga has been acquired by Outlaw Cycling Limited in a deal advised by Leanne Boulding, of Knightsbridge Business Sales.
Feel Hot Yoga was established in 2011 and offers yoga and wellbeing classes, along with reflexology teacher training courses. The company runs two studios, one in St. Albans and one in Watford. The brand is very well-known and respected across Hertfordshire, with a loyal client base.
The shareholders instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of the business, as they look for further opportunities to grow the business. The business attracted a range of interest, with 12 viewings in total.
The company was acquired by Outlaw Cycling Limited, who have plans to own multiple yoga studios, making the Feel Hot Yoga acquisition an ideal opportunity.
