Oxford Electrical specialises in the installation, repair, rewinding, servicing and maintenance of industrial pumps, electric motors and gearboxes, utilising a comprehensive range of motor and pump spares. The company commenced trading in 1982, quickly establishing itself within its sector and building up lasting relationships with clients. Oxford Electrical caters to a diverse and expansive nationwide client base, consisting of prestigious commercial and industrial companies. This has been enabled by the company becoming BAE Systems approved and benefitting from a dedicated experienced workforce carrying AEMT certification.
The shareholders of Oxford Electrical instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
Knightsbridge implemented a diverse research strategy which resulted in high levels of interest. The successful offer came from Scott Windsor of iServo Ltd. The acquisition acts as bolt-on to iServo Ltd existing market offering.
