CRT Flooring Specialists, based in Chorley, Lancashire, is a regional leader in contract flooring and hygienic wall cladding solutions.

Founded in 2005 by Chris Turner, the business has built a strong reputation across the commercial, health, and education sectors.

The decision to bring CRT Flooring to market was driven by our client’s wish to focus on alternative, unrelated business ventures.

This created an excellent opportunity for an acquirer to secure a well-established and respected specialist with proven expertise.

Managed by Knightsbridge Operations Manager, Leanne Boulding, the buyer research process attracted significant interest.

In total, 42 applicants came forward, leading to 10 viewings and 2 formal offers, culminating in a substantial fee achieved.

The successful bid was submitted by Payserve Global, a nearby Bolton-based business which offers CRT Flooring strong growth potential.

Providing online and physical payment services, alongside advanced data analytics, Payserve was founded in 2020 by Eifion Weinzweig.
