Pearl Communications Acquires Kinetic Communications Business Services Company
Kinetic Communications are a marketing agency who specialise in public relations and communications services. They work with a wide range of clients of all sizes across a variety of sectors such as construction, health & safety, waste management and healthcare.
The owner, who is looking to take a step back for the company, came to Knightsbridge with the aim of selling their business for the best possible value. The business was acquired by Alia Al-Doori, a subsidiary of Pearl Communications, who had previous interest in the business prior to it coming to market. The buyer is looking to incorporate their new acquisition into an existing operation.
