Pets2Go2 Distribution & Logistics Business Sold to private buyer
Knightsbridge advises on the sale of Pets2Go2 Ltd. The company has provided pet transportation and pet relocation services throughout Europe, since 2011.
Pets2Go2 is DEFRA approved, hold 2 animal transport certificates and uphold the pet travel scheme guidelines. Transportation is currently provided through one of the three vehicles, Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Vito and Citan, which have been modified to meet safety standards. The company also provides an ‘owner and pet service’ for those who wish to travel with their pet. This has led to repeat custom from high net worth clients.
The owners of Pets2Go2 instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
A private individual made the successful offer and intends to continue to run the business as it currently operates.
The deal was overseen by Leanne Boulding, Knightsbridge Operations Manager.
