Knightsbridge Business Sales have completed the sale of a specialist pre-pitched camping service provider, Pillow Adventure Travel Company Limited.
The company offers pre-pitched camping, glamping and catering at festivals and events across the UK and Europe. These include popular music festivals, motor sports events and other locations where there is a shortage of accommodation.
With approximately £100,000 worth of equipment, including tents, airbeds, vans, mobile kitchens, roadways and marquees, and an experienced second-tier management team capable of overseeing the business’ daily operations, the team at Knightsbridge generated plenty of interest.
7 viewings were arranged with 2 offers being made. The business was subsequently sold to a private buyer at 2x multiple of the Net Adjusted Profits.
