Maltimpex Limited, trading as MX Wholesale, has been sold in a deal advised by Knightsbridge Commercial.
MX Wholesale offer a wide range of products through a warehouse in Hampshire and an e-commerce platform. The business was established in 2001 and has a wide client base including local authorities across the country.
The shareholder of MX Wholesale approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business due to changes in their personal circumstances.
Knightsbridge identified 64 interested parties and generated 9 meetings. Knightsbridge’s innovative registered buyers’ database identified a previous acquirer who was a suitable match. The acquisition of MX Wholesale will be the buyers’ second acquisition through Knightsbridge.
